Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Auradeck, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and Auradeck Technologies Private Limited ("Auradeck"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Auradeck is available only to licensed or trained mental health professionals (psychologists, counsellors, therapists, psychiatrists) practising in India. By registering, you confirm you are a qualified professional and that your use of the platform complies with your applicable professional body's code of ethics.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account with anyone. Notify us immediately at hello@getauradeck.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Client data and consent

You are responsible for obtaining informed consent from your clients before entering their personal or health data into Auradeck. You are the data fiduciary under India's DPDP Act 2023; Auradeck is a data processor. You agree to use Auradeck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Auradeck for any purpose other than managing your own therapy practice
• Share client data with unauthorised third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the AI note generation feature as a substitute for your own clinical judgment

6. AI features

The AI session note generation feature (powered by Google Gemini) produces draft notes intended to assist, not replace, your clinical documentation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it forms part of a client's record. Auradeck makes no warranty as to the accuracy or clinical suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide at least 48 hours notice for planned maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Data on termination

If you close your account, your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export, then permanently deleted. We will provide a data export in CSV/JSON format on request within 14 days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auradeck's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Auradeck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes to these terms. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.
